Purchase Agreement

In this step we help you arrange for your loan and prepare paperwork to secure your homesite. Once this is done we can obtain a building permit to do the prep work.

The Design Experience is where you get to express yourself. You’ll get to choose all the fun details that help make your home even more uniquely yours. Choose things like counter color, cabinet style, wood stain color, appliance packages, etc.
